If a Picture Paints a Thousand Words

So, I have a folder in my computer named PORTFOLIO. This is where I put photos I took that I really, really like to be developed. But up to now, I still don't have the time and the money to do so. *sigh* I guess I'll just show them to you. :)

Empty Words

Remember the time
when you said to me,
"Your friend, I will forever be
Through thick and thin
I'll stay by your side
Thank you for always listening,
you make me feel light."

All those 21 years of laugh and tears,
all the teasing and fighting
Oh boy!
You are truly missed.

But how could you tell me
that you can't do this anymore?
You said you were my friend,
my brother, and so much more.

How could you forget
the promises we once made?
I thought between the two of us
you are the one whose brave.

What I gave were all sincere
my time, my shoulder and my ear.
Now, I know I can say
"I've been a good friend to you."
I have been so dear.

Our friends are whom we choose,
but time tests if friendship is true.
I'd hate to think about it
but it makes me wonder
why I have chosen you?

I'm all good,
everything's fine now.
But don't make promises
you can't keep.
For empty words are terrifying
it can haunt you in your sleep.

Oh wait, I have a blog here right?

Hi. It's been ages. (Literally)

Wordpress and tumblr are down on my computer, and it's a good thing I remembered I have another blog. It's also a good thing that no one knows about this one so I can just actually post what goes in and out of my head without worrying that someone I know can read it. It's not because I'm hiding something, it's just that most of the times people expect me to be all hyper, giddy and happy and I can't do that all the time. I don't want to disappoint them, but I also don't want to fool myself.

So hold on tight, we are going to be best buddies from now on.
