I'm 19 and I think the way I sometimes act, no, not sometimes but most of the times seems inappropriate for my age. I'm like a child. Seriously. I still enjoy watching cartoons with my younger siblings. I still love eating candies and lollipops especially chocolates.
I'm also the boyish type of girl if you know what I mean. Hihi. When I was younger, like during my elementary days, I always wear basketball shorts that belong to my cousins. I run around all the time on my sneakers or sometimes even on my feet. I don't care of how I look like. My favorite outfits are shorts and jeans with a matching backpack. I always wear my hair in a ponytail. (Since that's the only way that I knew to tie my hair). I always thought that I'm a tomboy but NOoooo since I discovered that I have boy crushes. Hahaha. Silly me.
I keep it simple. I don't wear make-up but I use powder 'cause you see I don't like the feeling of having an oily at the end of the day. I don't even use different fragrances back then. They make me dizzy. My appearance was never that important to me way back then but I think growing up can make people change their minds. I came to a point in my life where I wanted to change everything that I am just to be like other people whom I think are perfect. But of course there's no such thing. I've tried everything just to be like them but at the end of the day I only end up hating myself. This scenario goes on for a long time then one day I woke up loving myself more than ever. I love how my front teeth are a little crooked. I love my chubby cheeks and huge eyes. I love my overly obvious jaws and my tall nose. I love the way I carry myself, in that boyish walk and high-pitched voice. I love me.
I believe that your appearance is the least that you can offer to the world and to others. Use your knowledge, wisdom and good deeds. Your good looks will pass and eventually fade but the mark that you will leave in the hearts of others will remain forever.
I'm a bookworm and in love with them. I have the tendency to have a crush on fictional characters. That? I discovered back when I was a child. Haha. My first crush is Peter Pan, isn't that silly? Can't help but laugh when I remember that. I'm very easy to please. A blue sky and the cold wind can make me happy. I'm sometimes grumpy, too. Especially to my siblings. They call me "mataray" because of that. But hey, I won't get mad if there's no reason to be mad right? But I swear my family is VERY IMPORTANT to me. I love them with all of my heart, with all of me. I'm also good in English or I only think so, since English has been my favorite subject ever. I'm also fascinated with science and how things work but Math is my weakness. I'm good with words but not with numbers. My biggest turn-off is horrible grammar be it a girl or a guy. Haha. I'm sorry but I'm just being honest. I love the color yellow. I adore dogs. I find cats irritating. I hate mosquito bites and I'm scared of cockroaches but I'm terrified with the flying ones.
